Refund and credit requests

Requests are reviewed based on what has already been delivered.

  • Before delivery begins: if training materials have not been delivered and no live service has been performed, you may request a refund or credit.
  • After digital training is delivered: requests may be handled as a credit or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
  • After a live call, audit, training session, or implementation work: the response depends on the work already performed and any written scope or agreement.
  • To request help: reply to your AI Kollege email or use the contact/request form with the email used for purchase and a short explanation.

We do not advertise an unconditional refund guarantee. Each request is reviewed by a person.

Submit your brief onboarding details so we can match the purchase to the correct learning path.

3 · Learning or service begins

You receive the appropriate instructions, materials, meeting details, or next-step information for the verified purchase or agreed service.

4 · Completion and follow-up

Where applicable, completed work can be documented through AI Kollege completion recognition and practical outputs.
