Know what information you share and why we use it.
AI Kollege, operated by Fify Now LLC, uses the information you choose to provide to respond to requests, deliver services, support purchases, and operate customer-facing AI features.
What we may collect
Information you provide and basic request context.
- Name, email address, and optional phone number.
- Your question, goal, selected service, preferred meeting times, audience type, timeline, or budget range when you choose to provide them.
- Your readiness-score result when you complete the assessment.
- Basic referral and campaign information such as landing page, referrer, and UTM parameters.
- Messages you send to the web, phone, or WhatsApp Secretary when those channels are used.
- Purchase/onboarding information needed to match a buyer to the correct Stripe purchase and learning path.
How it is used
To respond, deliver, support, and improve the service.
- Respond to questions and service requests.
- Arrange meetings and follow-up.
- Match purchases to onboarding and learning paths.
- Provide customer-facing AI responses and route requests that need a person.
- Understand which pages, campaigns, and services are useful when analytics is enabled.
Customer records are not permitted to be stored in a public GitHub repository. First-party lead capture now fails closed if the configured GitHub lead repository is not private.
Service providers
Some information is processed by services that help AI Kollege operate.
Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by service providers such as Netlify for hosting/functions, Stripe for payments, Google for scheduling or analytics, Anthropic for AI responses, Twilio for telephone services, Meta for WhatsApp services, and the configured email/form-delivery provider for fallback form delivery.
Payment card information is handled by Stripe checkout; AI Kollege forms do not ask you to enter card numbers.
Your choices
Ask to access, correct, or delete information.
Use the contact/request form or reply to an AI Kollege email to ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.
- Provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
- Do not send passwords or sensitive credentials as part of the request.
- Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal recordkeeping purposes.
